Fostoria City School District

In the late winter and spring of 2023, members of the District Leadership Team, along with several other staff members worked diligently through the process of gathering and analyzing a wide range of data and using that data to inform the One Needs Assessment for the district. Through this work with the One Needs Assessment, the team was able to identify priority needs for the district. Priority areas identified focused on refining instruction and assessment practices in all content areas for all student subgroups PK-12 and implementation of effective and supportive Positive Behavior Supports PK-12. These priority needs were used to inform our new District One Plan and Building One Plan goals, strategies, and action steps. Our End in Mind is to have clearly focused and aligned plans in place to move FCS forward.
