Notice of Nondiscrimination

The Fostoria City School Board of Education and its staff are dedicated to providing equal education and employment opportunities without regard to military status, sex, race, color, creed, national origin, religion, genetic information, age or handicap. The regulations of Title II, VI, VII (Civil Rights Act of 1964), equal pay act of 1963, Title IX and Section 504 are followed. The District does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education program or activities, including admission and employment, and is required by Title IX (po2266) and its implementing regulations not to discriminate in such a manner. Inquiries about the applicability of Title IX and its implementing regulations to the District may be referred to the District’s Title IX Coordinator, to the Assistant Secretary for the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, or both.
