Fostoria City Schools has partnered with FMX to offer staff and community members an easy way of creating a facilities request. FMX is replacing our Rental/Use of Facilities form. Before making a request to use the facilities, first create a login for FMX, by clicking the below button. Once you have created an account, click the button for the area in which you would like to request to schedule an event.
Please note that failure to submit a facility request within at least 7 days of your event may result in the request being denied.
