Mrs. Masterson, the Library/Media Specialist at FJSHS recently hosted a "Blind Date with a Book" activity. Books were wrapped and included an excerpt from the text on the front. Classes discussed genres and how to select a book. Then, the students played musical chairs and would choose a book. This activity was designed to get students to select a book based on the text versus the book cover.

Jr/Sr High students were invited to Legacy Hall this past Thursday for a pizza party, including games, to obtain more information regarding joining Drug Free Clubs of America.
